This website presents Audrey Colbert-Lovell’s mortgage education and advisory services through The MVM Group, powered by AnnieMac Home Mortgage. Tools and guides provide general education, not an approval, rate quote, rate lock or commitment to lend. Financing is subject to qualification, licensing and program requirements.

SMS Terms

The text messaging brand is Audrey Colbert-Lovell — The Golden Girl of Mortgages, operated by Audrey Colbert-Lovell as a sole proprietor. If you separately opt in, you may receive non-marketing text messages from this brand about mortgage inquiries, requested loan-status updates, appointment scheduling and appointment reminders at the phone number you provide.

Optional text consent

SMS consent is optional and must be affirmatively selected through an unchecked, SMS-only checkbox. It is separate from email signup and accepting these terms. Consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, applying, purchasing or receiving mortgage assistance. This program does not include marketing text messages.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in or use this SMS messaging program.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency may vary with your requests, appointments and loan activity. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to 239-323-3323 to cancel text messages. You will receive an opt-out confirmation, after which no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
